The lawsuit was filed against Epsteinās former lawyer <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/mar/19/epstein-lawyer-testimony-darren-indyke" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc" target="_blank">Darren Indyke</a>, and Epsteinās former accountant,<a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/mar/19/epstein-lawyer-testimony-darren-indyke" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc" target="_blank"> Richard Kahn</a>, who are being sued in their capacities as co-executors of Epsteinās estate.
